The doubling issue is so not cool. How far have you gone into with their support? I'm using my old Garmin GSC-10 sensor and that works just fine. I suspect the Cyclo will work just fine when you remove the Magellan sensor.
Never mind. I just read the previous page about the support nightmare... If you happen to have or if you could borrow a Garmin sensor, I would try that instead.
I do have a Garmin sensor that I can try. I'll try disabling and with the Garmin sensors and let you know.
