I get a new bike, I set it up, fit it to me, make my changes.
The pile of changed out parts I throw in a box and donate to a church group who fixes up bikes for poor old guys and kids who cannot afford one.
I refuse to be a pack rat, plus if I need a part I gave away, well now,, I have an excuse to go to the bike shop and buy more stuff !
