Some updates of my lower end bikes:

Better pic of my townified Windsor Clockwork. Total cost to date: $280.16. Total weight with basket: 24.3 lb.

Added a front brake to the SE Draft Coaster using parts bin stuff (no added cost). Total cost to date with 650c Terry Tellus tires: $373.99. Total weight with front brake and Snoopy horn: 25.1 lb.

Swapped wheels on Vilano with Windsor Clockwork. Total cost to date $53.95. Total weight: 21.8 lb.
