The montare definitely has better components, but it is used and I'm on the internet and have no idea what condition they're in. I assume they're fine. You didn't mention that the montare felt big so I'm also assuming you found it comfortable.

$750 for the montare is out of line with the blue book listings. You may be able to get it for a lower price.

I wouldn't pay $750 for it, I'd rather put that kind of money into a new(er) bike with a full waranty and all the fixings.
