Shimano Tiagra ST-4400 hoods

I have a set of Taigra brifters - they are ST-4400 - and the hoods are worn through from use. I can find hoods for the ST-4500 and ST-4600 on Amazon and Ebay and other sites - but never for the ST-4400 or anything that says they are compatible or not...

Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this? Or have a good vendor for hoods that knows compatibilities?
