Looks like you have it all covered. As Wilfred said, you will need to build a wheel around the hub and the spokes you currently have on your bike will probably not be the correct length.

The Shimano unit has a different shifting system than the SRAM hub, so the small parts kit is not needed. In essence, the clickbox is the SRAM analogue to the Shimano Nexus hub parts kit.

...and now that I clicked through to the link you posted for the hub, the picture shows that it already comes with a click box, so the additional one you list may be superfluous -- contact the seller to be sure, though... Also make sure the hub comes with anti-rotation washers.
