Yes, the bike certainly had very few miles on it. That, and the condition of the frame, was the primary reason I scooped it for a whopping $10. The shift levers are an early version Suntour Power shifters, branded with the Motobecane "M", and are considerably better than original low-end Suntour offering. The clamp on the down tube is stock Suntour.

The handlebars are a basic steel set from a buddy's tangled pile, flipped over to appeal to a younger crowd. Turns out this flip worked pretty well, as I sold it recently to an MSU student for $165!
