Kentucky. I've had two sets of Hutchinson tires and they both developed cracking very quickly...like within the month. I wonder if they sit on a shelf for a long time before sold and get a little dry rotted.

From my experience their warranty support is excellent... I haven't had any cracking myself but, it's pretty humid where I am and I store my bike indoors...
