That link is for a Shimano tool, which won't work for your SunTour cassette hub.

I would not attempt to disassemble the cassette body. Remove the cogs (which is a bear of a job with two chain whips) and clean them thoroughly. Reassemble the hub with new grease and enjoy another 25 years of service.
