Trek, Specialized, & Giant offer lifetime frame warranties to the original purchaser. So does Cannondale, but they exclude freeride and dirt jumping frames. On those, Cannondale offers a five year warranty instead. If your frame breaks under normal usage, any of these companies will stand behind their product and replace it, but they typically won't foot the bill for swapping components to your replacement frame.
