I have NO IDEA what part of a bike the TIMELINE would be.
Sheldonbrown.com and the repair section of parktool have pics of ALL the parts of a bike, with names.
Next time, go there FIRST, figure the REAL name of the part that's troubling you, then ask the question.
Save us all a lot of guesswork.
