Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

There is absolutely no downside to 32/32 f/r for the use you give your bike and the minor weight penalty up front is negligible. The use of disc brakes means you should build a pretty strong wheel to absorb the braking force the spokes will see.
