Slight annoyance. I usually sweat enough on dry days to feel like I got rained on ; I don't mind being wet. But it can be uncomfortable sometimes. And here at least, our rainy season is during the "winter", so it's usually a fairly cold rain -- relatively speaking of course! Usually proper clothing selection can avoid major incidents.
