I understand that track tires/hubs and minimal spokes are more prone to failure in real world conditions. I am thinking about race wheels for the Raliegh Purp/Pink Punk Bike I'm building, but the cost of replacing tires and tubes isn't worth it. I'd rather wait for my true Keirin frame buildup , as I plan to run it at the 'drome.
