Re the Raleigh Racing USA from Phl CL above:
I contacted the seller about a week ago, asked him if all the parts were there for a complete bike, such as seat post.
He got back to me and said he was going to put it together complete, then relist for $200 (v. $150 as shown).
I figured it would wind up being a parts-bin baby. Not interested.
