BYW, the dehydrating effects of caffeine are rather minimal, and more than made up for by the water in the coffee itself.
I avoid Starbucks as much as possible. I'd far prefer to support the small mom-n-pop coffee shops that are actually pretty cool, rather than just branded as such by a team of suits. Besides, Starbucks burns their roast, so it tastes like ass. (e;fb)
Tho I don't do coffee on a ride. Gatorade or water.
