So I had my lunch hour ruined today by cavity fillings, and the dentist and hygienist started talking about the Mt Dora bike festival this coming weekend, clipless pedals, the Horrible Hundred. It sucks to not be able to participate in a conversation sometimes. But when I could talk again, I brought up TDC, which is March 15 for Lake Nona. The dentist and 2 hygienists were very happy to hear about the flatness of the TDC route vs the Horrible Hundred, so hopefully I've added at least 3 riders to the TDC pack. Not a complete waste of a lunch hour after all.
