The myth is that you are not loosing weight,
while in a calorie deficit because you are gaining muscle...
If you are in calorie deficit you will lose,
If you are gaining muscle, that takes quite a bit of energy... If also in calorie deficit you will lose even more weight.
You can delude yourself all you want.
Choose false comfort if you prefer that to results....
