I have an intersection where I have started filtering up on the right. The light is awfully timed.

It only turns green if there are at least four cars. The intersection has three sets of weight sensors that all need to be triggered. So one or two cars won't trigger it and when it is triggered four cars can barely make it through the green arrow.

Which means if I wait in line it is at least two cycles sometimes three if I am vehicle six and it doesn't get triggered for what would be cycle two.

But thankfully there is no red arrow so when clear or at the end of the cycle of the full green I can get through with the last two cars clearing the intersection. It also turns into two lanes and I go to the right lane and sprint the one block to my right turn.

I am pretty sure it is illegal.
