City Island isn't what it used to be...Overall the food quality has dropped considerably. One exception would be SK Bistro, but as far as a French Bistro goes they're rather pedestrian considering the prices...Nevertheless I have a favorite snotty waiter from Alsace there... people don't get him...but when I bring the Wife he ensures the wine floweth well...
