Me, too. If they were going to be smug about being anti-American, it seems it would be better aimed at our drive through anything culture. Drive in resturants, coffee shops, banks, funeral parlors, drive by shootings.

I haven't used a drive through teller, but it's not like I can't see they exist. I can't even generally use drive through ATM machines. My pickup is too tall to reach down to the machine, and my car is too low to reach up to it.
