Actually it is the same exact geometry as the men's except it comes with a different saddle, bar width (which I thought was super wide already) and a shorter stem (I believe 10mm shorter).
I don't know. I ride small size Stumpy 26ers. Both the dual sus and the ht have 100 mm Fox. Actually, the dual sus has a Talas that can be extended to 120mm. So I think the 80mm fork on your bike is just a Felt thing based on their design.

I did go with the size above I originally intended to get. I think it's fine. I still do need to fine tune my fit though.
