For small parts picked up a organizer cabinet with drawers. It's sort of organized. I hang chainrings, chainsets, and freewheels on long pegs on a pegboard. I have rafters, so hang wheels, rims, and bars from so-called wide ladder hooks. You can hang bottle cages from them. Also have the big plastic bins for parts.
But organized. Not really other than I have an idea of where most things are. I still manage to misplace things.
