Yes indeed, just read a linked article recently on BF, with the description of one cyclist as a "speed demon on a high performance bicycle", and a photo of a radar speed device registering one bicyclist at 28 mph, 3mph over the speed limit. One can only wish that the same type of attention was applied to motorists.
