When I drive, I see other laws broken because I am keeping up with the lawbreakers, or having them zoom past me and cut me off without a signal but I am much more conservative behind a steering wheel. People generally do whatever they think they can get away with. Cops pretty much do whatever they want because they know they are "immune" to being cited. Nothing new.
I have to get me one of them "immunity" badges.
