I was troubled but didn't get ordered to Join the Marines by any Judges or anything...all the nam vets had just come back...I was young...impressionable...jobs were scarce...but stories of the few...the proud...The Marines...were abundant...so I Joined up voluntarily...besides....
the witness protection program they offered me kind of blew chunks.
