Roadbike.de weighed a medium TCR Advanced ISP at 996 g. Add 100g for a topper and that's 1100g. Not impressive. Certainly no "weight savings", lol.

I think we can agree, that at least in Giant's case, weight savings is not a selling point for their ISP design.
I agree - weight saving doesn't come from the ISP design - there'll be a bit of savings from the frame - a higher grade carbon. But most of the savings will be from the better components that Giant will provide for the SL (ISP) model.
