Rode this morning with a friend who's getting into cycling at 50+, more or less. He wasn't ready for "fast nor far" (for that matter, neither am I) so we had a very pleasant 23 miles of nice relaxed puttering along. Got to visit with three other cyclists who were riding in the area. Wish I could do that daily.
