Surely a fine tooth hacksaw will do? I gather i'll have to put the bike somewhat horizontal - maybe lying on the floor.

Any more tips?

I gather u ride an ISP bike too?
Surely you can do it yourself. The fine toothed hacksaw is good as is a Dremel tool with cutting wheel. Horizontal isn't really necessary; just tilt your head!
