it isn't rideable, unless you want to spend a little time on the net looking for semi pneumatic tyres for it. It needs a good bit of cleaning to get rid of the rust. Other than for decoration I don't think there much interest in used, albeit nice quality, tricycles. $20 max, you might get $50 for it at a yard sale as decoration.
