On my Mom's side, it is convoluted, with many couplings in different generations with mixed heritage. There are also many childless 2nd and 3rd marriages with full blooded Iroquois that led step children to self identify incorrectly. That can make the record hard.
The interesting part is that it was always with Cayuga's, which is a pretty small group.
