I heard from a buddy that Trek is discontinuing this product. I can completely understand why. I paid about $300 for the coverage when I bought my new bike at the end of June. I've already had the chain and cassette replaced at no charge. If I keep riding like I have the past two years, I'll put about 20k miles on the bike in 3 years. Trek will definitely lose money on me & I guess they've determined they will lose on many others as well.
