OK well I tripped over a SRAM disk rear hub for cheap so I grabbed it :-). It is an SRAM X7 Quick Release Mountain Rear Hub 32H.

Looking up spoke length for a Velocity Deep V (for a disk brake bike unmachined sidewalls would be fine?) rim and 3 cross I get
282.1 left
282.7 right

Left Lock nut to flange 33.1 Left Pitch Dia 58.

Right Lock nut to flange 47.1 Right Pitch dia 45.
