Were I you, I would go with an ftp of like 410w and assume that most rides end up around 70% intensity. That's an average of 287w which is 1033200 joules or 1033KJ*1.1 =~ 1100 calories/hour.
So, that's a ton and guys will balk at anyone doing that much. I'm "big" and my eyes are a little wide at that. If you're trying to lose weight, underestimate it to 800 or 900/hour and you'll have plenty of time before you starve to death.
Also, being at altitude generally hampers power, but if you live there then you should adapt and it shouldn't matter, except when you come down to sea level and play superman for a week.
Also, dude, if that power reading is close to accurate you need to slim down to 180 and be cat 1. You'll find you climb just fine with that sort of aerobic capacity.
I haven't weighed that since I was in 10th grade. I should also say I wasn't able to even able try to get in my second 20 minute test. Wouldn't I also lose a lot of power by loosing so much weight? I'd be happey as hell just to get down to 230. I'm wondering if maybe 450 was my max???? I honestly don't remember. I'm not trying to blow smoke up anyone's ***. I'm gonna try to figure out my GF's indoor trainer again (Cyclops 400 pro) and retest again. I really want to win my battle with my weight problem and be in the best shape I have ever been before next spring. Not like I will ever race. I only ride 5000 miles a summer and can't really find more time than that and still have a life

I always get dropped so bad on the climbs I never can "get back" with the hammer heads I try to run with. Some of those guys ride with back packs with 40-50 lbs in it and still smoke everyone. Today I loaded and lugged around a whole bunch of 60 lb bags of sand/cement mix. And I thought to myself, it would kill me to have one of these bags in a back pack on my back and realized if I wanted to use most BMI calculators, They would tell me I have all that to loose to get to a good place. I could not eat for 2 years staright and still not come close to that! I looked into CTS and the lowest commitment is more than I can justify just to exercise on.
