My company's health plan is considered too good by Obama Care. According to their standards its a Cadillac plan. We meet all affordability standards, but in Obama care world everyone needs to have the same crappy insurance . Fortunately we are grandfathered into our plan
I've got a similar problem.. but in my case it's an actual problem since my premiums keep going the F up! And doesn't meet the ACA "standards" for the same reasons I imagine yours doesn't.. drives me nuts, through the exchange at the same pricepoint though is garbage!
