My sweetie/stoker doesn't like having as much weight on her arms nor being stretched out so much as drop bars would produce. She's only 5'2" or a bit less and the rear of that frame is about as big as she can fit. BTW, that is a nice alloy bar I got from noglider. It is similar to the original which was steel, but perhaps a bit narrower and with a nice hand angle. This year I added Cane Creek mtb handles. She really like the option of palms facing inward and often rides with one hand flat and one vertical on the end, switching whenever she wishes.
