I was back into riding after a medical problem and a year hiatus. I went out with a slow group and got a little too *** ho when it came to my turn to pull. I stayed way to long in the front when I should have, so when it canme time to head back (which just happen to be into the wind) both my legs cramped up and i couldnt even turn the pedals. I looked up and the group was gone and I had no idea how to get back. I slowed down staring at my legs and trying to pedal. It was about a minute or so later when I heard a guy say "Having some troubles?" . I looked up and the whole group turned around when they realized I wasnt there and came back. This was my first ride with these people and I had never met any of them until that day. They rode at about 2mph with me until my legs started to feel better and pulled me all the way back to the start point. I thought that was the nicest thing, for people to just interupt the flow they had going and backtrack to get a stranded rider. Now, like some have said, I ALWAY'S pay it foward.
