Just the frameset and crankset minus two chainrings. Also most of what I used has needed modification too. The IGH is actually a coaster brake hub with the brake shoes removed, a custom mount for the shifter because it wouldn't fit on the bars, the twiggy legs of the rear rack replaced with 1/2" aluminum tubing, the adjustable light mount.......
