Bikes: 2014 CDale EVO, 2007 System Six, 2004 Litespeed Solano, 2002 Burley Duet

Cannondale sold framesets during that time frame. They were not marked with model numbers. That is probably what you have.
If it was a headshock frame, it would take an 1-1/2" headset.
