i would recommend covering your knees. the tendons that go over the outside of your knees dont have muscle to insulate them. I have heard cover your knees. PS I apparently wear a lot more than you do. I had on too much today. I was sweating and taking stuff off a little past halfway in.

I am thankful for the dry weather. if is cold and wet it makes it easier to think about driving which is the problem when your car gets 28-32mpg
