I have another question and then I swear I won't post another for at least....well, how's the end of the week for everyone? Seriously, I think this might be the last one.

Those of you who bike to work probably have co-workers who say, "I would do that but....." What do you think that your employers could do to encourage people to bike to work? Would End of Trip Facilities make a difference for them? A cash incentive? What could your employer install that would make the bike racks flood with fellow bike commuters?
