Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Profile Design's bar tape has no adhesive and I've been using it for years with no slipping. As noted, wrap it snugly with adequate overlap and it stays put just fine.
