BB's on Dahon's are standard, the headset is a propitiatory part, although it's basically a variation on a ZS design, this should give an idea of how to disassemble

From memory, the hinge should be easy to strip down and re-assemble, although with lots of small parts, would be taking notes/photos of the way it goes together.
