I would say no. Just talk to your wife and kids about what you want to do with your bikes after you are gone.
Two reasons why. One of your kids might like your bikes better than the other. Second, Ademption. What do you do when the item you willed to someone no longer exists? Say you will bike X to one child, bike Y to another. Then over the years, bike X is sold, lost, or stolen, but replaced with bike Z, or not. Unless you are prepared to re draft your will or draft a codicil every time you buy or sell a bike, you might just create problems for your wife and kids in the future by willing individual bikes to specific heirs.
