I went to a spin class on sunday, quads a bit sore today. Trendy place: crowded sweatbox with LOUD music and a hyper but excellent 'instructor'. Very well-run operation: must be raking in the bucks, so good for them. www.ridecycleclub.com It's not what cycling is to me, but it was interesting in a good way.


It IS bike to work week! I didn't see any stations this AM, but i saw more cyclists than usual. Showers at work were busier than usual.

I'm counting on a good drenching to send 'em all back to to their cars...jk
