The pics I'm seeing online of that bike come with a smallish rack that doesn't really appear to be suitable for panniers. I imagine the OP is looking for a rack top bag. I'd recommend looking at "trunk" bags. I use one of the Axiom trunk bags on my front rack, even though it is designed as a rear rack bag, it works just fine.
