Welcome to the forum - tandem section. Also make sure to torque the B.B to manufacturer recommended setting, instead of by feel. The torque setting is usually pretty high, but you don't want to over-tighten the threads either. Please do not use lock-tite unless absolutely necessary. It can make removal much tougher in the future, and should not be necessary if assembled correctly.
