...from the perspective of this stuff, negative is what gets you. A certain amount of positive accomplishment stress is probably therapeutic.

And it's not like that negative stuff is causative in and of itself. Theoretically, it simply predisposes you to an event. It sorta creeps up on you,
and then one day, whammo, some little infection you woulda tossed off years ago like a bad cold suddenly triggers an immune system overload
event and you are well and truly ****ed.
