If you don't mind black, Jagwire "pop" brake cable ends are step down. I have to get home from work to measure them but I know for sure they fit the aero cable routing holes in the top tube of my frame. I bought a bunch off eBay and was going to use them wherever a standard cable end won't fit like brake cable adjusters, cable guides, etc.
