For those in Vancouver:

Cap's in New Westminster has been good about older bikes. They have a fair few hanging on the walls and have been the only ones excited about old bikes and have fixed everything I have brought in that could be fixed. Their parts are a bit expensive and I don't think they have much in the way of old items.

Kinetik Cycles has been good in the past but they are more geared to newer stuff. The owner, Fabian, is still a good mechanic and did a decent job on my first road bike, a Sekine 10 speed.

Mountain Equipment Co-op is ok for consumables but their service department recently lost my respect when they told me my stock 2-cross 3 speed wheels were laced improperly and wouldn't touch them. Funny, all 6 of them I have at home have the same factory lacing.
